Share the love, and the parking…

Share your parking downtown…this is a new trend that I love. Turns out there is a way to share parking downtown and maybe save a couple of bucks. You should do it to ! Before driving off, leave your ticket so people that park after you can use what’s left in your meter. It used to be like that ! AND IT USED TO WORK VERY WELL !

That’s a great idea! I’ll start doing that.

When I see someone waiting to take my spot, I’ll usually give them my ticket if there’s time remaining but when there’s nobody in sight, I’ll leave it on the meter!

but, if I pay until 8:00, and I leave at 7:45, isn’t the time still there until 8:00? When I get a ticket, I just throw it out.

If you pay until 8 and the next person comes after you and doesnt know you paid until 8….that person as to pay again…even if she only needed 15 min…

I actually wondered if there was a way to share parking because, Many times it happened to me when I pay for say, 2 hours and i end up using only 1:30. Great move!
