danger

It might sound a bit dramatic but so is his music, some people say he’s Daft Punk and Justice’s love child, although we think its more like Kavinsky and SebastiAn on crack!

T-Mobile x Liverpool Street Station

This is a new ad from T-Mobile.  It was filmed during rush hour in London’s Liverpool Street Station on January 15th, 2009.

I think Fido should step up and do something at Berri-UQAM.

Bull’s-eye for McQueen

mcqueen&target

So the rumors have been confirmed true… Alexander McQueen has agreed to design an exclusive collection for Target!  This mega-retailer is launching a new fashion initiative titled Designer Collaborations, and McQueen will be the first to lead.  The collection for target will resemble his younger line McQ, and has been inspired by british band, Duke Spirit, and their sounds of the late eighties and early nineties grunge scene.  The lead singer, Leila Moss, was the model figure for the line’s palette of muted colors, stud detailing and graphic prints.  Silhouettes will show bubble dresses, lightweight fabrics, and skinny jeans.

Expect the collection to hit the stores and online at the end of March, 2009. Ok…so where’s the closest Target????

Video Vendredi

Das Pop are: Bent Van Looy (vocals), Niek Meul (bass), Reinhard Vanbergen (guitar) and Matt Eccles (drums) they’ve been remixed by SebastiAn, Yuksek and champoined by Parisian duo Justice.  The group is getting set to release their third self-titled album (on January 26th) which was produced Soulwax (no surprize since both are from Ghent Belgium).   The video is the Busy P remix of Underground and is this week’s Video Vendredi.

Enjoy the Weekend, Chivers!
