La Nuit Blanche de Montréal / Art Souterrain presents the 3rd edition of Couture X-Press by LABoratoire Créatif.

The ever-ambitious concept in a nutshell (taken from the press release): “Designers are given the challenge of transforming existing garments into original creations before the media and general public, in 60 minutes or less! Each designer is teamed up with a hairstylist and make-up artist who follow their lead to create a new look for a model that will complement the designer’s creation. A live photo shoot follows. [...] The 3rd edition of Couture X-Press brings together a diverse mix of art forms, including music, fashion, and digital art.” (Christyna Pelletier, event coordination/art direction)

I doubt many of us will be getting any kind of sleep during the city’s “All Nighter”, make sure to drop by Couture X-Press — it would be nice to meet some fellow MSOMers. I’ll be attending along with Descendo affiliate Julie Perreault (Vixen) who’s on makeup duty for the event.
