This has been a guilty pleasure of mine for the past couple of weeks.  But after seeing A-Rock, with his winning performance at the Red Bull 3-Style, lay it down I knew I wasn’t the only one.

So if your bored in the office, need to get the blood flowing or just looking for the next dance craze.
