What’s most inspiring about Montreal is the creative, talented people that call this city home- whether they’re native to the city or transplants from elsewhere. Montreal is dense with creative outputs and contributions that undoubtedly make it Canada’s cultural hub (and rightfully so).
Janis Dean, who originally hails from British Columbia, is a newcomer to Montreal who was inspired to move here because of the city’s unique state of mind. The sole proprietor of ‘Granola Pony’, a raw food and dessert catering / takeout company located in St. Henri, Dean makes culinary concoctions that are as visually stunning (from an art and design perspective) as they are mouth watering. If you appreciate great food with visual flair, you should really take a ride on the Granola Pony.
