Although Soul II Soul is from the UK there is no doubt that Back to Reality had a huge influence during this time (remember the first episode of The Fresh Prince?).  The group was founded by DJ/Producer Jazzie B (who also produced and remixed for: Maxi Priest, Sinead O’Connor, Public Enemy, Johnny Gill and The Fine Young Cannibals to name a few) and constant roating roaster of artists: Caron Wheeler (who sang the main vocals for BTR), Simon Law, Philip ‘Daddae’ Harvey & Nellee Hooper (whom also has an impressive Producer resumer doing work for: Gwen Stefani, Smashing Pumpkins, Bjork & Madonna).

No doubt this song comes to mind when you talk about music from the 90’s and we figured it was a nice touch to kick off your Monday morning (oh the irony!!).
